Ethan has been a vital part of Precision Financial Services since 2010, where he serves as Director of Retirement Plans. His primary focus is guiding employers and their employees towards successful retirement outcomes. To remain at the forefront of the dynamic and complex retirement plan industry, Ethan has earned and maintains several specialized professional designations and credentials that highlight his dedication to excellence.
Previously, Ethan was the President and Co-Owner of Squire Retirement Plan Services, Inc., a third-party administration firm. There, he led compliance and administration efforts for pension, profit-sharing, 401(k), and money purchase pension plans, along with consulting on 403(b) and 457 plans. After successfully growing and leading Squire Retirement, he sold the company to dedicate his expertise fully to Precision Financial Services.
Ethan is a graduate of Wagner College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. While at Wagner, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of the Wagner Student Investment Group. He maintains his FINRA Series 65 registration and holds life insurance licenses in multiple states.
Residing in Little Falls, New Jersey, Ethan enjoys spending his free time with his family, exploring the outdoors, and traveling to new destinations.
